Trip to Seattle

July 6, 2006

Anthony and I spent the Fourth of July in Seattle! It was great fun and I’ll have loads of pictures to show later. We did normal touristy stuff, like Pikes Market, Seattle Center, Ivar’s and a Harbor Cruise. I also got to hang out with some great people as well as go kayaking and to a brew fest.

I finished my first pair of socks for Summer of Socks. It’s the Friday Harbor pattern from Knitting on the Road by Nancy Bush. Pictures soon.

I did not get my Print o’ the Wave stole done in time to send to New Mexico. I am half way around the border. I am still really enjoying knitting it though, so it’s not because I’ve put it down.

I promise more updates later. Now it’s time for sleep.
