Eugene Yarn Bombing

Eugene has recently been fortunate enough to have a group of yarn bombers. I’d always wanted to do this, but had never really gotten around to it (too many projects!) I was so happy though when I saw little bits of knitting popping up around downtown. This however has been my favorite so far.
It’s probably not there anymore because they’ve taken the parking meters out of downtown, but I love the multi-color fish. Plus they all have cute tags.
It made my day when I found it, and it gives me a little smile each time I see the picture.

Strings and Yarn 
My daughter just moved to eugene and seeing this will make her so happy and remind her of home :)
That’s awesome. I’ve been wanting to do some bombing myself. I think this year I’m going to practice on my tree out front, then go public.
