Around the World Socks

I finished another pair of socks! This one is my own pattern. My second sock pattern. I call these the “Around the World Socks” Partially because of the colors and partially because of the twist in the pattern repeat. I will put the pattern for these up on my blog in the next few days so you can make them too. I’m really happy with how they turned out, even though the colors don’t match exactly. I even liked how the pooling ended up with the greys and blues together and the green and tan grouped together.
Around the World Socks
I did these instead of the Cascading Leaves socks. Cascading Leaves didn’t really work with this yarn, so I made up my own. Here are all the stats.
- Yarn; 2 skeins of Knitpicks, Memories, Cape Cod
- Needles; 2 circular auddi turbos US size 1
- Pattern; Around the World Socks by me

Strings and Yarn 
Pretty socks. I like them a lot. I will have to try them out when you get the pattern up.
I’ll get the pattern up soon. But it won’t be until after this weekend. Check back around Wed. :)
