Cascading Leaves Socks Cast On

I cast on the Cascading Leaves Socks by Jeannie Townsend last night. I joined the Townsend Yahoo group a while back, but this is the first pattern I’ve done. If you are looking for some good sock patterns sign up for this group.

Have you ever had a day when you really felt the need to finish a project, but nothing is close enough to finishing? My stole is almost done, I’m very close to plying my frist fleece spun on the wheel, one of my designs is coming along nicely, but nothing is quite close enough to finishing. I do have to say I’ve had a wonderful day full of fiber goodness though. Maybe I’ll have something finished by the end of this week.
